As of Thursday 1st November 2012, Garnethill Multucultural Centre is now a SCIO and no longer an unincorporated association. This change of status will help GMC in the future since it is a more robust form of organisational entity. Thanks is due to the many people involved who gave their time over the last few years to help make this possible.

Moving forward, Garnethill Multicultural Centre is looking to grow the Management Committee, and if you are interested in giving your time to help the community then please get in touch with the Centre Co-ordinator. Committee meetings are once per month, and we are ideally hoping to find someone with experience of the building industry, however, it it more important that you have the best interests of the community at heart and are able to work constructively with other members of the committee.
