WOSARS have a wide base of members who contribute to the hobby in many different ways. On the WOSARS website you can find out loads about the hobby, our club, and see pictures of members in action.

Meetings generally start with announcements from the Chairman followed by a talk or discussion. The meeting closes after members have tea/coffee and biscuits. Members pay is a meeting attendance charge of £1-50. Often, after the meeting ends, several members meet up in the Bon Accord pub on North Street for informal discussions over refreshments.

Visitors are always welcome to attend meetings twice within a year,  without having to join, although membership fees are only £10 per year. However with membership you are then able to come along to all our meetings, read and borrow RadCom and QST magazines, use club equipment such as our antenna analyser, and visit the club station situated near Glasgow.
